Reynold Jones
Founder
Jones began his career with Southwestern Life™ as a career agent. This experience gave him a firm foundation on which to build his profession. As the district manager for Mass Mutual™, he trained agents and developed his management skills. While working with SJA Brokerage™, a third-party administrator, his focus turned to group insurance sales and product development. As regional director for Mid-Continent Life™, he honed his expertise in family, estate planning, and business markets along with worksite marketing. Recruiting and training continued to be a priority in all these positions.
When Reynold opened his own brokerage business in January of 1997, he implemented the foundational tools and successful marketing strategies he had developed over the course of his career. As past president of The Fort Worth Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a member of MDRT, he continues his hands-on approach to insurance marketing.
Faith and family are most important to Reynold. He and his wife, Beckie, are active in their church as well as their community. After almost 39 years of marriage, they continue the insurance career and teaching career started back in the early 80’s. They enjoy family time with their 2 boys, daughter, daughter-in-law and grand children.
Cheryl Feick
Account Executive
Cheryl is a self-motivated and driven individual, deeply passionate about helping others achieve their goals. In my role as Accounts Executive for Reynold Jones Insurance Group, I leverage my expertise to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients & agents. My commitment to fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service enables me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve.
I continue to serve as the Executive Assistant and Community Director of Her Nexx Chapter, a non-profit organization, since 2017. My professional experience encompasses marketing, event planning, community relations, recruitment, and training.
I reside in East Texas with my husband and our three children, where we engage in raising Red Angus show cattle. This endeavor not only fosters a deep connection with agriculture but also provides valuable lessons in responsibility, teamwork, and dedication for our family.

Lauren Allen – Agency Administrator
Lauren came on board in 2024 having jumped head first into the fast and furious world of Life Insurance and Annuities! She is learning a lot and doing great things!
She came to us having had business experience in working several years at Fidelity Investments and other firms which helped lay a solid foundation for her to learn the insurance business.
When you talk with Lauren, you pick up on her super personality and helpful spirit. She provides quality attention when helping agents and clients of Reynold Jones Insurance Group. She manages schedules, appointments, and tasks efficiently. Lauren is committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
As it should be, her top priority is continuing to be a great mom raising her 2 wonderful sons that are respectful and all around great guys! In her spare time she enjoys reading and cooking. During the summer she joins her family at their lake house at Possum Kingdom Lake fishing, jet skiing and watching the beautiful sunset over the lake in their back yard.
Cindy Cato, Special Projects
Cindy Cato began working part-time at Reynold Jones Insurance in the summer of 2008. Her primary responsibilities are direct mail campaigns, special projects, and assisting Randi with pending business and contracts. She has been married to her husband, Dale, for nearly 31 years and they are blessed with two great children who have wonderful spouses. The family enjoys TCU and Texas Tech sports. They are active in their church and spend time working with local students.

Jones Insurance Group is an independent marketing organization that specializes in Individual Life Insurance, Worksite Marketing and Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Supplement Plans. Medicare Advantage plans and Medicare supplement plans. We provide valuable services to insurance agents and advisors. In addition, we market tax deferred and immediate annuities. The key to our success is providing top-notch service, support, and training to our agents. When our agents succeed, we succeed!
Thirty-plus years into this business and our personal and professional philosophies have remained constant. Which is – developing quality relationships, whether it is with individual agents, brokerage operations, companies and or individual clients. Quality relationships require upholding the integrity, respect and loyalty between each individual. An integral part of our business is the service we provide for our agents. We take pride in helping our agents meet the life insurance needs of their clients. These beliefs are the foundation of who I am and what my company stands for.
Our Overall Strategy
As products, the markets remain relatively the same. With the companies we represent, we have put together a portfolio that allows us to meet the needs of varying markets. We have however, targeted a particular market, “mainstream America.” Our “Gen Exers” and our late “Baby Boomers” are all in a particular place with particular needs. We serve a niche market…where clients have a need for long-term coverage but do not have the ability or desire to pay for whole life.
