Reynold Jones
Founder

Reynold Jones began his career with Southwestern Life™ as a career agent, where he built a strong foundation for his profession. As a district manager for Mass Mutual™, he trained agents and honed his management skills. His work with SJA Brokerage™, a third-party administrator, shifted his focus to group insurance sales and product development. As a regional director for Mid-Continent Life™, he developed expertise in family and estate planning, business markets, and worksite marketing. Throughout each role, recruiting and training remained a priority.

When Reynold opened his own brokerage business in January 1997, he put into practice the foundational tools and successful marketing strategies he had developed over his career. As a past president of the Fort Worth Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), he continues to lead with a hands-on approach to insurance marketing.

Faith and family are most important to Reynold. He and his wife, Beckie, are active in their church as well as their community. They have been happily married for 42+ years! Reynold works to expand his insurance business and Beckie is a retired educator.

Cheryl Feick
Account Executive

Cheryl is a self-motivated, driven professional with a deep passion for helping others achieve their goals. As an Account Executive at Reynold Jones Insurance Group, she uses her expertise to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of both clients and agents. Her commitment to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service enables her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

Since 2017, Cheryl has also served as the Executive Assistant and Community Director of Her Nexx Chapter, a nonprofit organization. Her professional background includes experience in marketing, event planning, community relations, recruitment, and training.

Cheryl lives in East Texas with her husband and their three children, where they raise Red Angus show cattle—a family endeavor that fosters a deep connection to agriculture while teaching valuable lessons in responsibility, teamwork, and dedication.

Staff and Support

Lauren Allen – Agency Administrator

Lauren joined Reynold Jones Insurance Group in 2024, diving headfirst into the fast-paced world of life insurance and annuities. She has learned quickly and is making a strong impact.

Lauren brings prior business experience from her years at Fidelity Investments and other financial firms, which provided a solid foundation for her transition into the insurance industry.

When working with Lauren, you’ll quickly notice her positive energy and helpful spirit. She is committed to providing attentive, high-quality support to agents and clients, and she skillfully manages schedules, appointments, and tasks. Lauren prioritizes confidentiality and handles sensitive information with care and discretion.

Outside of work, Lauren’s top priority is raising her two respectful and all-around great sons. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending summers at the family lake house on Possum Kingdom Lake, where she loves fishing, jet skiing, and watching the sunsets over the water.

Cindy Cato, Special Projects

Cindy Cato began working part-time with Reynold Jones Insurance Group in the summer of 2008. Her responsibilities include managing direct mail campaigns, handling special projects, and assisting with pending business and contracts.

She has been married to her husband, Dale, for over 46 years. They have 4 adorable grandkids and enjoy spending time with them, especially at their sporting and dance events. They are active in their church.

Our focus is on Generation X and late Baby Boomers, individuals who have distinct financial needs. Many in this group seek long-term coverage but either cannot afford or do not wish to purchase whole life insurance.
